“Buxton is not just living off its well-earned reputation," he said. it continues to invest
:The customer centric nature at Buxton is designed to benefit our clients in achieving their property goal."
Buxton CEO Nathan Jones said the new commercial division would cover sales, leasing and asset management whilst leveraging the existing footprint of the residential offices to further strengthen that synergy.
“We are a business that grows with people and for us, a dedicated Commercial offering was a missing piece in our overall strategy," he said.
"When the opportunity arose to develop this business and brand around Kenny, it was one we simply couldn’t pass up.
“Kenny has already set the bar with his first listing as Buxton Commercial; a stand-alone medical centre and office at 75 Asling Street, Brighton, with an asking price in the range of $3,350,000 to $3,600,000 plus GST.”
Mr Oliver will conduct his first auction as Buxton Commercial on Thursday, October 17 for the newly listed 96-98 Bluff Road, Black Rock.
