A new 14-level office tower in Adelaide's CBD is nearing completion.
There will soon be a new addition to the Adelaide city skyline, with construction nearly complete on a new 14-storey office tower in the heart of the CBD.
Designed by the renowned Cheeseman Architects, 102-108 Wakefield Street is set to provide 14,000 square metres of light-filled office accommodation, as well as spacious end of trip facilities, such as bike parks and showers.
All levels will have floor-to-ceiling glass windows, with levels 7-13 benefiting from windows on all four sides of the building, providing 360-degree views, with an expansive floor area of 1,460 square metres.
Developer Kyren Group has built the tower without pre-commitment, with Savills agent Adam Hartley appointed to lease the space.

Mr Hartleysaid high-quality office accommodation is becoming exceedingly rare in Adelaide due to the lack of new buildings and recent leasing transactions having absorbed the majority of prime office space.
“Adelaide has a great opportunity to attract more global companies such as Technicolor and NASA that are attracted to the affordable rents, and the fastest internet speed provided by the Adelaide City Council TPG 10Gig.
“Kyren Group and Cheesman have designed 108 Wakefield with a focus on functionality, practicality, aesthetics, and lifestyle.
“We’re excited to announce that the building will be completed in August 2020, by which time we expect to have the tower fully occupied.”
