Fashion retailer Surfstitch has committed to maintaining a physical presence on the Gold Coast after signing a two-year lease for 2769 Gold Coast Highway Broadbeach through Brad Duncalfe from REAL Specialists Commercial.
The Gold Coast will remain the physical and spiritual home of Surfstitch after the digital retail platform signed a two-year lease for a Broadbeach office.
Situated at 2769 Gold Coast Highway, the property has a building area of 899 square metres and includes 35 basement bays and 18 ground level car parks.
REAL Specialists Commercial Partner Brad Duncalfe negotiated a two-year deal between owner Green Ocean and Surfstitch with a five-year option to extend.

A 1st right of refusal to lease the 2 rear residential units was also negotiated into the deal.
Mr Duncalfe said the building was initially being refurbished to house four retail shops.
"We approached the owners to lease the whole building so the refurbishment plans were changed to suit a single office for Surfstitch to occupy the whole building," he said.
"The refurbishment works included polishing of the concrete floors, new a/c, new lighting and inter-tenancy walls to suit the tenant."
Surfstitch commenced its lease on June 1.
