Realmark Commercial has taken out top honours at the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia's Awards for Excellence, named Commercial Agency of Year at the live-streamed unveiling of the winners last week.

Various teams from the agency gathered at Realmark’s headquarters in Leederville to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements of the group.

Speaking about the award, Realmark Commercial Director Mike Rowe said he felt his team had set themselves apart from other agencies throughout the past 12 months.

At a glance: 

• Realmark Commercial has been named Commercial Agency of the Year at the 2020 REIWA Awards for Excellence.
• It was one of four awards for the Realmark Group, which also won  Community Service Award, Sales Team of the Year for The Smith Team, Realmark Urban, and Salesperson of the Year for Realmark Urban’s Nathan Tonich. 
• Various teams from the group gathered at Realmark’s headquarters in Leederville to celebrate and acknowledge the achievements.

“A large part of our success is our focus on client needs, which is a direct reflection on where the overall network is positioning," he said.

"In 2019, the key focus within Realmark was to focus on how the client felt and to ensure we were delivering to them not only their needs, but what they wanted to know to move forward with their lifestyle aspirations through property.

“Our emphasis is always on exceeding client service and ensuring we remove any pressure or stress with the property as a result.”

It was one of four wins for the Realmark Group, which also received the Community Service Award, Sales Team of the Year for The Smith Team, Realmark Urban, and Salesperson of the Year for Realmark Urban’s Nathan Tonich.

Realmark Director John Percudani said the recognition was a testament to the agency's "process and style".

"The tenacity of each and every member of our group has been rewarded this year, especially that of our Commercial team," he said.

“The seventeen nominations and four wins really show the depth and experience of our business and our people.

"We could not be more proud of how well our group has been performing.
