Ray White Commercial Toowoomba's Mark Wynhoven is toasting a couple of strong results, having negotiated the sale of 43 Hunter Street and the lease of a tenancy at 9 Bowen Street.
Ray White Commercial Toowoomba is celebrating success across the city's sale and leasing markets with two deals secured within the past month.
A property at 43 Hunter Street, Centenary Heights was sold to the owners of the neighbouring South Town Shopping Centre for $350,000, while closer to the CBD, Tenancy 2 of 9 Bowen Street was leased to a local financial group on a three-year term of $75,800, plus outgoings.
Both deals were brokered by Mark Wynhoven.

Comprising a land area of 1320 square metres, 43 Hunter Street backs onto the recently renovated South Town Shopping Centre featuring the newly opened Café 63.
Mr Wynhoven said interest from the eventual buyer was borne out of an unlikely source.
"I had come to them about the property because all the interest was coming from developers and I needed to run an easement through their property for stormwater," he said.
"That's when they had the epiphany that it would just be easier for them to control it now and release it back to the market in the future for development.

"They're certainly the right people to own it and we think any development there will be designed to complement the existing centre."
The circumstances surrounding the lease of the tenancy at 9 Bowen Street were not as clear cut, as external factors threatened to change the property landscape.
Comprising 270 square metres, the well-presented professional office incorporates four private offices, disabled facilities and kitchenette/lunch
There is also a large open plan area with option to keep furniture which currently seats 14, as well rear car-parking attached to the building
Mr Wynhoven said the property was under offer prior to Covid-19, meaning the remaining steps were far from a formality.
"We had to tread carefully and it was hard work at times because the world looked horrible there at one point," he said.
"With only a little bit of pushing, the tenant has elected to have confidence in the market and proceed with the new lease."
