Chemist Warehouse continues to prosper in WA, announcing a new location opposite Joondalup Lakes Shopping Centre.

Comprising 676 square metres, 181 Winton Road is easily accessed from Joondalup Drive and also comes with exposure to a large car park for customers.

The seven-year lease deal was negotiated through Vend Property Managing Director Jeff Klopper at terms of $160,000.00 pa, plus GST and outgoings.

It comes less than a year after the surrounding Winton Road precinct was rezoned to Retail from Light Industrial Showroom by the City of Joondalup.

Having previously helped the company secure a new presence in Innaloo in Osborne Park in May 2020, Mr Klopper said the new agreement represented the next step of an "aggressive" expansion within the state.

"They were previously in front of the shopping centre but chose to move to the building directly opposite in order to occupy more space and have access to better parking facilities," he said.

"Chemist Warehouse has very much been a growth business across the past 18 months, opening a series of large stores in areas such as Butler, Innaloo and another store in Joondalup. 

"There's also a couple more on the table."
