Vend Property has announced the opening of a mixed-use centre at 225 Great Eastern Highway, Belmont, the leases of which were negotiated through Director Jeff Klopper.
The Perth suburb of Belmont has welcomed a new mixed-use centre, with retailers now trading at Belmont Central.
Situated 225 Great Eastern Highway, the former truck dealership is now home to stores such as Officeworks, Beacon Lighting, The Good Guys, Petbarn, Adairs and Autobarn.
This week's official opening is the culmination of more than two years of planning from Vend Property, which has acted as leasing agents for the site on behalf of Major Holdings Pty Ltd.

Director Jeff Klopper said while the centre was still a work in progress, he was "very happy" with the progress that had been made.
"We're over 70 per cent pre-committed and we've got two retailers that are starting after Christmas, which means we've only got another two spots to fill," he said.
"We initially found a hole in the network plan and approached the Officeworks, The Good Guys and Petbarn to be the anchors of the centre.

"Belmont is disjointed in the sense there are a number of retailers located on either Belmont Avenue or Abernathy Road, but there is no centre and nothing on the main highway, where 56,400 cars pass every day.
"It was important for us to get the anchors involved, which gave us the luxury of getting all the other retailers."
An official opening for the Belmont Centre will be held on Saturday, November 21.
