CBRE has recruited four market leading specialists to further strengthen its Adelaide Valuations and Advisory Services team – reinforcing the firm’s position as South Australia’s leading commercial valuation services provider.
Adrian Burg has joined CBRE in the role of Director, with a primary focus on the valuation of infill development sites, residential projects/feasibility analysis, education assets and specialised mortgage finance and financial reporting valuation work.
Rebecca McCrea has also joined the team in the position of Director, where she will undertake valuations, advisory and consultancy assignments across a wide range of commercial property sectors with a focus on the retail, childcare and health and aged care investment markets.
Iain Henshaw has returned to CBRE in the position of Director. Mr Henshaw, who has extensive local and international commercial valuation experience, will specialise in commercial office valuations across Adelaide.
In other appointments, Dominica Hatfield has also been appointed to the role of Assistant Valuer, building on her prior experience within the commercial valuations field and providing support to the senior team.
Lastly, Adam Linke has been appointed as Valuer, having completed his traineeship and transitioning from the CBRE residential team in early 2020. In this position, Adam will predominantly provide mortgage valuations across the retail, commercial and industrial sectors.
The recent recruitment drive follows the appointment of former JLL executive and industrial valuation specialist Paul McKay in February to lead CBRE’s South Australian Commercial Valuation and Advisory Services business.
Mr McKay said the recent appointments highlighted CBRE’s commitment to provide market leading valuation services in each of the major property sectors.
“The SA Valuation and Advisory Services team has tripled in size in less than three months, which represents an unprecedented rate of growth in the Adelaide market,” Mr McKay said.
“Adrian and Rebecca’s appointments bring a wealth of commercial valuation experience and particularly expertise in critical market sectors such as residential development, healthcare and childcare, which will significantly increase our product offering to CBRE’s established client base.”
He added: “The new appointments this year show that South Australia’s best valuers are recognising CBRE’s new direction, strategy and technological advantage provides them with the platform to provide their clients with the very best service possible.”
