Global property services firm, JLL has announced the appointment of industry expert Karen Draper as the new Head of Retail, Property & Asset Management for Western Australia.

Ms Draper has over 22 years’ experience in the retail industry in Western Australia. Ms Draper joins JLL from AMP, where she was Divisional Property Manager – WA/NSW since 2018.  Prior to that, she has experience over a decade working in Centre Manager, Development Manager and General Manager roles. She spent 7 years with JLL previously, working within the Karrinyup Shopping Centre management team.

Ms Draper will lead JLL’s Property and Asset Management Retail division, which manages over 430,000sqm of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) in retail centres on behalf of clients in Western Australia. JLL is Australia’s largest third-party retail property manager, focused on customer experience, data and analytics and Moving Annual Turnover (MAT), working closely with retailers.
