Cellarbrations leased bottle shop Labrador for sale by auction offers a long-term leased investment for sale in a fast-developing area. The Gold Coast investment for sale by CBRE agents John Nucifora and Daniel Doran.
Gold Coast publican Bruce Donnachy is moving to sell the Cellarbrations bottle shop in Labrador following his recent sale of the associated Arundel Tavern.
The upcoming August 17 auction provides an opportunity to secure a long-term investment in a fast-developing area.
CBRE agents John Nucifora and Daniel Doran have been appointed to steer the auction following Mr Donnachy’s recent sale of the Arundel Tavern to Sun Hotels for $29 million.
The associated Metro Plaza bottle shop at Labrador has been operational for over 20 years and offers a 10-year net lease, two five-year options and annual rental increases of 3.5%.
Mr Doran said the property was located next to an established Aldi supermarket and had a strong, long term trading history.
The sale follows strong interest in the Labrador market, with Mr Nucifora having sold two development sites in the area in the past 12 months.
“Labrador is an evolving suburb experiencing significant population growth providing access to the Broadwater and being just a short distance from major city infrastructure appealing to young families and professionals,” Mr Nucifora said.
“The Labrador, Chirn Park and Biggera Waters corridor continues to attract developers given its value proposition compared to the Gold Coast’s southern beachside suburbs. As a result, these areas have seen strong investment sale results, and will continue to become more desirable as the area develops and population grows.”
