Colliers Victoria has appointed Rishikesh Elkunchwar as Associate Director of Valuation and Advisory Services within the National Healthcare and Retirement Living team.

With over 15 years as a real estate professional, Rishikesh joins Colliers with experience in valuation, development and asset management of real property gained across diverse asset classes working in various locations, including Australia, India, Europe and the Middle East and North Africa.

Rishikesh has gained experience across diverse valuation and advisory assignments, including mortgage security, family law, financial reporting, acquisition and divestment advice, development feasibility and compulsory acquisition on behalf of major financial institutions, private equity firms, lawyers and government organisations.

Since joining Colliers in May 2022, Rishikesh has been involved in the valuation of specialised assets such as childcare centres, medical centres, federal government assets, service stations and educational facilities.

Rishikesh is based in Colliers' Melbourne CBD office and will transition to the Healthcare and Retirement Living division, working closely with Colliers national team and reporting to Colliers Head of Healthcare and Retirement Living, Ian Sanders.
