JLL has announced the appointment of Jaime Kernaghan as the Head of Office Leasing – Northern Sydney. Mr Kernaghan, a seasoned professional with 11 years of experience at JLL, will lead the team in driving growth and seizing opportunities in the Northern Sydney market.

Mr Kernaghan takes over the role from Paul Lynch, who has been instrumental in leading the North Sydney Office Leasing business for the past 13 years. Mr Lynch, after 25 years at JLL, will continue to contribute to the firm's success as JLL's Head of Northern Sydney.

During his time at JLL, Jaime has led major leasing appointments across the North Shore. Some of his projects include 799 Pacific Highway, Northpoint Tower at 100 Miller Street, 90 Arthur Street, 67 Albert Ave and 465 Victoria Ave.

Speaking on his decision to step down from the Northern Sydney Leasing role, Mr Lynch said, “Having worked alongside Jaime for a decade, his fortitude, dedication, and enthusiasm for our business is steadfast. I will continue to work with the NSW Leadership Executive and lead JLL’s broader Northern Sydney business. I look forward to working many years alongside Jaime and his leadership of our exceptional Northern Sydney leasing business.”
