Savills Australia and New Zealand has appointed Matt Holland to lead its South Australia business in the role of State Managing Director – SA, based in the global real estate agency’s Adelaide office.

Mr Holland brings with him over 25 years’ experience in the property industry with detailed knowledge of, and expertise in, a wide range of disciplines including project delivery, property management, asset management, valuation, sales and leasing and property development.

Most recently, Mr Holland was State Property Manager – SANT at Woolworths Group, a role he held over two decades, before which he had spent seven years with CBRE as an executive in retail sales and leasing.

Mr Holland begins in the role on 29 April.
