Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in real estate services, is proud to announce the appointment of Noral Wild as the new CEO for Australia & New Zealand, effective 1 April 2024.
With over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, Noral will oversee a team of 1,750 employees across 17 offices, marking the next phase of the firm’s growth.
Noral’s extensive experience includes leadership positions at JB Were, EY, and JLL, where she served as the Head of Alternatives for 12 years. Additionally, Noral also ran her own construction company for a decade, further enriching her understanding of the industry.
Cushman & Wakefield's expansion and success in the region are evident through recent achievements. Over the past 12 months, the company has bolstered its team with a significant number of new brokers, reinforcing its presence in key sectors such as Capital Markets, Valuations, Investment Sales, Logistics & Industrial, Capital Advisory, and Alternatives.
Moreover, the Integrated Facilities Management business has experienced significant growth, now managing 20 million sqm of property.
The project management division of the company oversees A$1.5 billion worth of capital works spread over 650,000 sqm. Furthermore, it is actively broadening its scope by venturing into managing alternative asset classes like renewables and data centres, while also enhancing its building consultancy team.
Cushman & Wakefield recently unveiled its new team, Advisory+, which comprises 25 plus expert consultants hired from a range of companies, including Ross Hamilton, Alan Herrman and Christina Hobbes as Partners from PwC.
