Prosper Group has announced the appointment of Beau Stewart as Head of Advisory. Beau will assume responsibility for Prosper Groups market-leading Advisory Services platform in Australia, with oversight for its Buyer Advocacy and Tenant Representation advisory offering to clients.

Beau leads the team responsible for acting for clients seeking advisory and or transactional assistance on a national footprint or the development and implementation of national CRE strategies.

Beau has over 20 years experience in managing the acquisition and divestiture of freehold and leasehold property for private and public sector organisations across Australia and in the UK. Throughout his career, Beau has been exposed to all areas of commercial property including consultancy, acquisitions, tenant/occupier advisory, sales and leasing.

Prior to joining Prosper Group, Beau was a Director and Board Member at CI Australia and Director of CRE Services at Project Control.

Commenting on this significant industry move, Beau expressed, "My journey at CI Australia has been so important for my career development. Establishing the Tenant Rep/CRE Advisory business is something I am very proud of, but today I embark on a new chapter Prosper Group. Together, with Alex Henderson, I look forward to providing an enhanced Advisory offering to their Family Office, HNW Individuals and commercial clients,  with a focus on Freehold / Buyer Advocacy and Tenant Representation services.
