The RWC 2024 annual awards went off with a bang last night with more than 250 people gathered in Sydney to celebrate the top offices and individuals from across the Australasian network.
RWC head of commercial James Linacre said he was proud of every member and their achievements throughout the last 12 months.
“It’s really amazing to lead a business full of ambition, and that’s where the resilience of RWC comes from, it’s from our incredible business leaders, salespeople, property managers, and administrators who are willing to take responsibility for outcomes and drive success,” Mr Linacre said.
“I want to thank you all for all of the incredible effort that’s been put in over the last year.
“It’s not been easy in a market that’s pushed some of us to work harder than ever, but those efforts have paid off which is evident here tonight as we celebrate your achievements.”
Ray White Group managing director Dan White congratulated the commercial network on such a fantastic year.
“As a family here tonight, it is our duty to keep the same level of energy and commitment that our own family did 100 years ago in this company,” Mr White said.
“The stories shared today have been absolutely breathtaking. The springboard we can provide and the targets we can set for one another is what this is all about. There is no finish line.
“Tonight we celebrate with our peers, friends and colleagues.”
Ray White Valuations took out the award for top sales and leasing office. Ray White Valuations managing director and partner Robert Wilson said he was elated to hear he and his team had taken out the top award.
“This is one of the hardest working teams that I have worked with and I am so honoured to receive this award,” Mr Wilson said.
“This is a testament to the hard work of my team. It has been a really rewarding five years for us all since joining the Ray White Group and the support of the family in providing a great base to work from.
“I am proud of the mark we are making in the industry, especially our team of young female valuers and assistant valuers coming through the ranks in what is typically a male dominated industry. Here’s to the next five years!”
RWC Western Sydney managing director Peter Vines took out the individual award for top sales and leasing performer.
“It feels really good to be RWC’s number one agent this year. This has been five years in the making,” Mr Vines said.
“My team and I have worked incredibly hard to get where we are today.
“But I feel like this is just the beginning of what we can do and what’s to come in the future.”
Mr Vines and his wife and business partner Ruby Rozental also took out the coveted Director’s Cup award. The duo were recognised for their contributions to the growth and development of RWC.
“We have found a really symbiotic relationship with the RWC team,” Ms Rozental said.
“It’s incredibly rewarding and it’s reciprocal, and we learn a lot from each other.
“We are honoured to be recognised for our contributions.”
