Toowoomba's caravans, boats and other man toys can now be managed by Ray White Commercial after it was brought in to oversee storage at the industrial shed at 256 Herries Street.

Situated close to the CBD, the facility caters to a variety of indoor and outdoor storage needs, and can also accommodate tradespeople who are looking for a central location to operate from.

Toowoomba Boat and Caravan Storage is looking for clients looking to store their caravans or boats in a secure storage facility. 

Document storage would be considered under certain conditions.

Geoff Percy from Ray White Commercial said the site has access from Herries street and Vacy Street, and there are plans for the future to include automatic gates and doors and 24-hour security to give better access for the tenants.   

Space within the 5000 square metre shed can be secured from $50 a week.
