Savills Australia is capitalising on the momentum of its national Asian Markets business line, welcoming a new associate director for Asian Services into the Victorian CBD and Metropolitan Sales team.

With more than seven years’ experience in the industry, Yvonne Zhou joins Savills from Knight Frank, where she was most recently an associate director for Capital Markets and Asian Services.  She also spent time in the Residential Projects division.

Prior to Knight Frank, Ms Zhou worked in sales for Ever Bright Development Group and Central Equity Australia.

Savills Victoria state director for CBD and Metropolitan Sales, Clinton Baxter, said he was delighted to appoint Ms Zhou as part of the division’s growth strategy.

“With an in-depth and diversified understanding of the property landscape, Yvonne has been involved in numerous transactions of high-profile development sites, commercial assets and residential projects,” he said.

“Yvonne will strengthen our Asian Services capability, and we look forward to seeing her play an integral role in the team to meet the increasing demand of our Asian clients.”

Ms Zhou said she was excited to join Savills as part of the CBD and Metropolitan Sales team.

“I aim to drive excellence by delivering high-quality client services and providing strategic advice that caters to the needs of our vast Asian clientele,” she said.
