Ray White Group has launched a new valuations business based in New South Wales.
Ray White has expanded its network of services with the opening of a new valuations business last week.
Formerly LandMark White Sydney (LMW Sydney), Ray White (Valuations NSW) will offer property valuation service within the Ray White network.
Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White said he was pleased to welcome the new business to the family and was excited to now have a new client service available.
“In Ray White (Valuations NSW), we welcome a very experienced and highly regarded team of valuers and advisors, enabling us to provide a much deeper suite of services to our clients,” he said.
“We're delighted to be able to work with the team to continue to develop the business further in the years ahead, and leverage from assets and infrastructure of the broader family group.”
Ray White (Valuations NSW) Managing Director Robert Wilson said joining the Ray White Group formed a significant part of their considerations for the future success of the business.
“Ray White is a trusted household name across Australasia and we’re pleased to be able to offer our professional services to a larger and loyal client network,” he said.
“The Ray White (Valuations NSW) team will continue to provide the high level of services that we are known for, while being excited about the future opportunities within the Ray White network.
“We look forward to building on our established foundation and intend to remain market leaders in providing commercial and residential property valuations and advisory services.”
