Ray White Queensland has welcomed more than 15 years of commercial sales experience to its ranks with the recruitment of Tom Barr as Director and Head of Investment Sales.
Ray White Queensland's commercial team has ushered in a new chapter with the announcement of Tom Barr as Director of Investment Sales.
Mr Barr has more than 15 years experience in the sales and leasing sector, including stints at JLL, Savills, and most recently Colliers International.
He said he was pleased to join Australia's largest real estate group.
“I’m genuinely excited to be joining the Ray White family and I have visions of a long and successful future across Queensland,” Mr Barr said.
“Having known Dan White for many years, I was attracted to Ray White Commercial and the broader Ray White business due to its core values, culture, and the unique opportunity it offers people to partner and grow a successful business together.
“Our ambition is to build a lean and dynamic Middle Markets Investment Sales and Office Leasing team that’s well respected within the market and delivers consistent service and exceptional results for our clients."
Mr Barr has been involved in a number of high-profile sales during his time in the industry, including Santos Place ( AUD$370,000,000), the Brisbane City Council Building ( AUD$205,500,000), and No.1 Brisbane (AUD$93,960,000).
Ray White Group Managing Director Dan White Mr Barr's appointment was a coup for the Queensland commercial team.
