NAI Harcourts agent Andrew Howell is becoming a regular fixture at the REIA Awards for Excellence, with this month's ceremony to be the third consecutive year he has made the trip from Launceston.
NAI Harcourts' Andrew Howell will be hoping third time's a charm when he heads to Perth this month for the 2019 REIA Awards for Excellence.
The Launceston Sales and Leasing agent has again been nominated for Commerical Salesperson of the Year, having been up for the prize in 2017 and 2018.
He said he had learnt to just enjoy the night.
"It's just great to be recognised and have the opportunity to be there," he said.
"I don't hold high hopes that I am going to win, but it's a good chance to network and meet new people."
Mr Howell commenced his real estate career with NAI Harcourts nearly five years ago after spending a decade in business banking.

He said the day-to-day variation of the being in real estate led him to make the change to "the other side of the transaction".
"I just enjoy being out of the office more than in the office," he said.
"Banking can be a bit restricted, whereas you are out and about more with property.
"I'm still really enjoying it."
Mr Howell isn't the only member of the NAI Harcourts team that will be making the trip over for the awards, with his colleague Jessie Legge nominated in the Commercial Property Manager of the Year category.
He said the strength of the market in Northern Tasmania had contributed to the result.
"The market in Tasmania is absolutely booming in Tasmania at the moment," he said.
"The North has really followed on from the South in the past couple of years.
"The past 6-12 months has been really strong for us, and I can see it staying that way for at least another 12 months."
The REIA Awards will be held in Perth on Thursday, March 21.
