CBRE has announced another key promotion in its Retail Asset Management team, as it continues to grow and strengthen its shopping centre management platform.
Steve Luby has been elevated to State Manager, Retail Property Management, for Victoria, following on from the recent promotions of Lee Lawler to lead Retail Property Management for Western Australia and South Australia and Guy Washington to head Retail Property Management in Queensland.
CBRE’s Meagan Wakefield, Regional Director, Pacific Retail Property Management, said, “The continued investment in our Retail Asset Management team further demonstrates our commitment to providing market leading Retail Centre Management services.”
Mr Luby joined CBRE in 2019 as a Portfolio Manager in Melbourne, after an extensive career in Shopping Centre Management including over 14 years at Vicinity Centres where he oversaw the management, leasing, marketing, development, and asset strategy for regional centres across Australia.
“Steve is an experienced retail property change agent and strategist and his promotion will further bolster our service offering to CBRE’s established client base, which has grown significantly this year,” Ms Wakefield said.
