Ray White South Australia is thrilled to announce Commercial agent Matt Lazarus has joined the Ray White Norwood team.

Formerly the head of retail sales and leasing with another commercial agency in Adelaide, Matt Lazarus is tasked with building the commercial property division at Ray White Norwood with his communication, customer service and negotiation skills.

“I plan on collaborating with Ray White agents in South Australia to assist with any commercial property needs, as well as promoting Adelaide as a great investment option for their vast network of investors and clients,” Mr Lazarus said.

“The nation’s median residential property price has risen for a 15th consecutive month; This has led to a compression of residential rental yields, resulting in an increased number of enquiries from interstate investors for commercial property in Adelaide,” Mr Lazarus said.

 “One of the most exciting things for South Australia right now is all of the activity in the space industry. I have spent the early part of 2022 working closely with several industry clients, assisting them with their leasing requirements. With Adelaide being the home of the Australian Space Agency and Space Discovery Centre, this positions us to head up the Industry in this country,” Matt Lazarus explained.

“The Australian Space Agency aims to triple the size of the sector to $12billion and create 30,000 new jobs by 2030. I believe this will result in exciting new opportunities for commercial real estate in South Australia,” Mr Lazarus added.
