Ray White Commercial (WA) has taken out two of the coveted Real Estate Institute of Western Australia’s 2022 awards with the agency winning Commercial Agency of the Year while Ray White agent, Brett Wilkins won Commercial Salesperson of the year.

Mr Wilkins said he was honoured and very proud to be acknowledged as Commercial Salesperson of the year at the REIWA 2022 Awards for Excellence night.

“This was the culmination of a great year exemplified by my sale of Jandakot Airport for $1.3 billion but also many other sales across healthcare, commercial and tourism sectors.

“Importantly, I could not have achieved the results I did without a whole team of sales reps and support staff in Ray White Commercial WA,” he said.

Ray White Commercial (WA) Joint Managing Director, Stephen Harrison said they were honoured to have won the Commercial Agency of the Year again.

“This is a credit to our dynamic and hard-working team and the leadership that started with Russ Parham.

“The agency works hard to stay at the front end of a rapidly evolving property industry,” he said.

The successful agency acquired the Ray White franchise in 2016. By the beginning of this year, the business expanded its staff and client base managing a property portfolio of more than $500 million and having negotiated in excess of 200 property transactions over 2021 to the value of more than $1.5 billion.

More than 400 Western Australian real estate professionals attended the REIWA’s 2022 Awards for Excellence at Crown Perth on Thursday 28 April.

REIWA Chief Executive Officer Neville Pozzi said 2021 had been a remarkable year for the WA property market and this was reflected in the stellar nominations from this year’s winners and finalists.

The Awards for Excellence recognise WA real estate professionals who demonstrate best practice in their chosen careers, going above and beyond for their clients, the industry and community at large.

Mr Pozzi congratulated the winners of the 2022 Awards for Excellence.

“It has been wonderful achievement and one you should feel proud to share with your peers, clients and community.”

Mr Pozzi himself was awarded the Kevin Sullivan Memorial Award for his outstanding achievement of 45 successful years dedicated to the industry.

The 2022 Awards for Excellence winners will represent WA in the Real Estate Institute of Australia’s National Awards for Excellence in 2023.
