Colliers has added another property expert to its growing WA office with the appointment of Research specialist, Yashwini Halai.

Ms Halai has been appointed to the role of Manager of Research based in Colliers’ new Perth headquarters.

“Yashwini joins us from Urbis where she worked as a property consultant within the Property Economics and Research team focused on delivering urban development reports, highest and best- use assessments across various sectors, economic benefit analysis assessments for SDAU (State Development Assessment Unit) applications and residential demand and supply analysis, to name a few,” Joanne Henderson, Colliers’ National Director of Research, said.

“Yashwini will lead our Perth research capabilities, providing in-depth research content for the WA business across all asset classes. She will also work on research insights and initiatives across our broader National research team, as well as work closely with our local Strategic Advisory and Valuation teams to leverage her consulting and advisory expertise.”
