CBRE has bolstered its Perth Capital Markets team with the appointment of Chloe Mason in the position of Associate Director, Metropolitan Investments. Ms Mason will focus on social infrastructure assets, service centres, retail and development sites, hotels and taverns. Lincoln Delahunt, Senior Managing Director of CBRE's Western Australian business, said the return of Ms Mason strengthens the agency’s Capital Markets team.
CBRE has bolstered its Perth Capital Markets team with the appointment of Chloe Mason in the position of Associate Director, Metropolitan Investments.
Ms Mason has more than seven years of experience in the commercial property industry and rejoins CBRE.
Including during her first, five-year stint with CBRE, Ms Mason has represented many private, institutional and government clients across Western Australia.
In her new role, Ms Mason will focus on social infrastructure assets, service centres, retail and development sites, hotels and taverns.

CBRE’s Capital Markets team is now the largest in Western Australia, and has brokered in excess of $600 million in transactions to date in 2022.
