Nathan Taylor returns to Australia from JLL’s Singapore office to head up the business segment that delivers Workplace Management, Project Management and Portfolio Services to local, regional and global clients.
JLL has announced the appointment of Nathan Taylor as the new Managing Director of its Australasia Work Dynamics business segment, replacing Ben Tindale who is leaving JLL after 17 years with the firm.
Mr Taylor will lead the Australia and New Zealand teams to deliver corporate real estate services and enhance client relationships. His experience includes global, regional and Australasian roles across JLL’s business spanning nearly 25 years. Mr Taylor and family are relocating back to Sydney from Singapore.
JLL’s Chief Executive Officer, APAC Work Dynamics, Jordi Martin said, “Nathan started his impressive career with JLL in our London office in 1996, relocating to Australia and then to Singapore where he most recently led regional teams to provide real estate expertise to top multinational clients in the tech and finance industries. I’m confident he will lead our Australasia business to attain greater client satisfaction and business growth.”
