REIV Awards for Excellence 2022 commercial real estate categories, CBRE was awarded Commercial Agency of the Year for a sixth year, defending the title from Cushman & Wakefield.

REIV Commercial real estate award winners 2022:

• CBRE was awarded Commercial Agency of the Year for a sixth year 
• Commercial Salesperson of the Year went to Benson Zhou of Savills (Vic)  
• C&I Gold Award for Overall Marketing Excellence was awarded to Fitzroys for marketing campaign of 88 & 100 Cooper Street, Epping, Marketed and sold by Paul Burns and Chris James.
• Commercial Property Manager of the Year went to Silvana Di Camillo of Network Pacific Real Estate 

Richard Simpson presented the 2022 REIV President’s Award to Norman Mermelstein, one of Victoria’s most respected authorities on property law and owners corporations. 

REIV’s newly elected President Andrew Meehan congratulated winners for their stand-out performance in a year of significant growth for the real estate industry. 

“Our industry’s success is only thanks to the talent, professionalism and dedication of our real estate agents, auctioneers, brokers, strata managers, and suppliers. I would like to congratulate all Awards for Excellence winners and finalists for their contribution to the industry and commend Mr. Mermelstein on winning this year’s President’s Award.” 

Quentin Kilian, CEO of the REIV said all award recipients demonstrate the rewards of a real estate career to emerging talent. 

“The Awards for Excellence recognise the very best and brightest agencies and professionals and their critical role in advancing Victoria’s property sector,” Mr. Kilian said. 

“This year’s winners are great exemplars for emerging talent entering our industry, demonstrating the attractive career progression opportunities and rewards on offer.”

REIA President Hayden Groves, said that all REIV award winners have the opportunity to participate in the REIA National Awards, NAFE 2023 to be held in Perth in March 2023.
