Knight Frank has appointed a new Head of Asset Management Services (AMS) in Western Australia, to drive the performance and elevate the service delivery of the WA AMS team.

Terri Taylor joins Knight Frank with more than 22 years’ experience in commercial property.

She moves to the firm from Hawaiian, one of WA’s best known and highest-performing private real estate owners, where she was most recently in the role of Shopping Centre Portfolio Manager.

Terri began her career in property accounting and finance before moving into property management, asset management and portfolio management roles.

Knight Frank Managing Director, WA, Jeremy Robotham said Terri had been appointed as Head of AMS in WA to grow its property and facilities management portfolio and build a client-centric, high- performing business unit.
