Managing Partner Vincent Siciliano and Principal Partner Brian Neo will unveil Sterling Property— a specialist WA property advisory business that will focus on building its presence in key markets, including commercial and retail property, land subdivisions, social infrastructure and industrial property.
The team behind the Perth franchise for LJ Hooker Commercial will relaunch next week as an independent commercial property advisory business delivering expertise, leadership and value across all areas of Western Australia.
Effective Saturday 1st July 2023, Managing Partner Vincent Siciliano and Principal Partner Brian Neo will unveil Sterling Property— a specialist WA property advisory business that will focus on building its presence in key markets, including commercial and retail property, land subdivisions, social infrastructure and industrial property.
The 26 strong Subiaco-based team has been a franchisee for LJ Hooker Commercial since 2013, but Mr Siciliano said the decision to launch Sterling Property was driven by opportunities in the Western Australian market.
“The WA commercial property sector runs a very different race to that on the eastern seaboard, and the focus and needs of our clients are specific to this market,” said Mr Siciliano.
“Over the past decade, we have built enduring relationships with leading buyers, developers including DevelopmentWA and investors, we have developed a team that is absolutely committed to delivering stand-out service.
“We decided it was time for us to tell that story on our own terms and build a brand that can better represent our approach and culture.”
Sterling Property has some exciting new transactions to announce, and Mr Neo said he was thrilled by the prospect of building the agency’s profile as a reinvigorated commercial sales and leasing partner.
He said the response from clients to the new brand had been overwhelmingly positive.
“Our team strive to consistently add value to transactions across commercial, retail and industrial property sectors. Our combined efforts have built multigenerational relationships with investors and property partners,” said Mr Neo.
“We believe Sterling Property will be in a class of its own throughout the WA property market.”
“A specialist property advisory business focussing on Perth’s CBD suburbs, we listened to our property partners, their requirements and values and our past predetermines what we can deliver.”
