Colliers welcome Sam Quintner to Queensland's Retail Leasing business as Associate Director, located in the Brisbane office.

Sam has more than 9 years experience in the retail and commercial property industry in both leasing and sales, most recently focusing on development sales and project leasing for Large Format Retail, Childcare and Quick Service Restaurants.

Sam joins Colliers after recently working in retail leasing and sales at Blue Commercial and acquisitions and development at German Supermarket company Kaufland.

“I am very excited to join the retail leasing team at Colliers with a main focus on the Large Format Retail sector,” Sam Quintner said.

“I look forward to continuing the teams’ recent success servicing existing clientele whether it be with existing stock or new developments, while also growing the Colliers pipeline in the years to come.”

Colliers Head of Retail Leasing Queensland Will Goldsworthy said Sam’s experience would be extremely advantageous and instrumental in accelerating the success and growth in the large format retail and project leasing space.

“Sam will focus on the large format retail sector and brings a wealth of experience not only in leasing, having also specialised in acquisitions and development. Sam will service metro Brisbane and regional Queensland,” Will Goldsworthy said.
