Leading diversified professional services and investment management firm Colliers announce the appointment of Richard Garing to their Australian Executive team as Managing Director of Occupier for Australia. Richard will be based in Colliers’ Sydney CBD office.  

Richard brings significant executive leadership experience, market expertise and industry relationships to the team. He joins Colliers following 12 years at Dexus, where he was a member of the Office Executive team responsible for driving performance across the $24B office portfolio. Over this time, he established an extensive network across Australia’s largest occupier clients and was responsible for leading a team of high performing asset and leasing professionals. He also has specialist expertise in major development projects, project leasing, asset repositioning and portfolio investments.

The Colliers Occupier Services team provides an integrated range of end-to-end corporate real estate solutions services including tenant advisory, portfolio management, logistics and supply chain consulting, workplace strategy and workplace management services across Australia.
