Andrew Hunter, Chief Executive of CI Australia and Eugene Evgenikos, Stanton Hillier Parker’s Australia’s Managing Partner have announced today a strategic commercial agreement between CI Australia and Stanton Hillier Parker, enhancing their portfolio of services to include asset management, capital and metropolitan markets, research and consultancy, office leasing, and occupier services.
Stanton Hillier Parker (SHP) announce a strategic commercial agreement with CI Australia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of APP Corporation Pty Limited, in a pivotal move that is set to enhance the landscape of real estate services in Australia.
Effective 1 February 2024, leading personnel from CI Australia joined forces with SHP, enhancing their portfolio of services to include asset management, capital and metropolitan markets, research and consultancy, office leasing, and occupier services. This partnership aligns with SHP’s commitment to growth and diversification, providing clients with a comprehensive suite of services and a strong alternative to the major agencies. In Sydney, the company will be expanding its agency capability to four offices – Sydney CBD, North Sydney, South Sydney, and Southwestern Sydney –bolstering its agency and marketing capabilities.
