Knight Frank in Perth has made a new appointment to its Office Leasing team, with Matt Lutman starting in the role of Director, Office Leasing.

Mr Lutman moves to Knight Frank from his role of Director, Tenant Representation with another international agency in Perth, which he has held for the past two and a half years, providing commercial real estate advisory and lease acquisition services.

Prior to that he was a Portfolio Manager for ASX-listed Mirvac Group, leading their commercial property portfolio in Western Australia for seven years, with a total of 14 years at the development and management property group, having also spent seven years within their asset management business in Sydney.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry in both the UK and Australia, Mr Lutman has also previously worked at NB Real Estate in London and NSC Corporate in Perth.

The appointment will grow Knight Frank’s Office Leasing team in Perth, headed up by Frank’s Head of Office Leasing in WA Rick McKenzie, and now numbering six.
