Tim Pratt has been promoted to the position of Director, Project Management for Knight Frank’s WA business as the team focuses on growth.

He will move into the role from his previous role as Associate Director, Project Management in which he was appointed when he joined Knight Frank in 2022.

Knight Frank National Head of Project Management Mark Blinco said Tim has brought excellent opportunities to Knight Frank’s Project Management team in Perth over the past few years, with the business going from strength to strength.

“In his new role, Tim will collaborate with other WA service line leaders to drive further opportunity for Knight Frank’s Perth office and the individual teams, as well as ensuring our clients receive the best possible service across the board,” he said.

“I am excited to have Tim step up and lead the Project Management business in Western Australia.

“Tim brings a unique leadership style to the role and is trusted by his clients right across Western Australia for his logical and methodical delivery of service, always acting for their benefit.

“Tim has had a great client base across his career in corporate real estate, project management and construction.

“He has worked across Western Australia, from Perth through to Port Hedland, on commercial and industrial projects for government, oil and gas, energy and mining clients.

“Tim’s appointment will breathe new life into the team and allow us to grow in an important market for our business, and support local and national clients.”

Mr Pratt said he was thrilled to embark on a new chapter with Knight Frank.
