CBRE has appointed three agribusiness professionals, James Beer, Nick Connor and Thomas Quinn, to enhance the coverage of its national agribusiness capital markets offering.
CBRE has appointed three agribusiness professionals, James Beer, Nick Connor and Thomas Quinn, to enhance the coverage of its national agribusiness capital markets offering.
James Beer has been appointed Senior Director while Nick Connor and Thomas Quinn have been appointed Senior Negotiators.
All three recruits, based in Sydney, have extensive experience in agricultural sales across all classes including livestock, cropping, dairy, and horticulture.
CBRE's Head of Agribusiness, John Harrison, emphasised CBRE’s dedication to the agribusiness sector as an integral part of its global platform, including 70 operatives.
“These appointments further strengthen our commitment to the agribusiness sector. I am delighted to welcome James, Nick, and Thomas to our team. Their addition will enhance the coverage of our national team, combining youth and expertise.”
Mr Beer, who previously worked at CBRE for five years in 2014, is returning to the company with a strong track record in serving family, corporate, and institutional clients in the agribusiness sector. In his new role, he will focus on the eastern seaboard of Australia, across all agricultural properties.
Mr Connor’s new role will specialise in the New South Wales Agribusiness market, focusing on cropping, livestock, horticulture, viticulture and carbon throughout the state.
Mr Quinn’s new role will also cover all agribusiness property types across the eastern seaboard, with a particular focus on the Central West region of New South Wales.
