JLL announces the appointment of Susan Feltaous as the new Head of Sustainability for Property & Asset Management in Australia.
Susan Feltaous has 26 years of experience in the property industry in Australia and London. She started her career with companies such as Multiplex and Bovis Lend Lease, focusing on fitout and construction.
Susan previously held various roles within JLL. She joined JLL in March 2004 as the National Operations Manager for the Asset Management Services (AMS) portfolio, overseeing assets worth more than $5 billion dollars for clients GPT and APPF (Lendlease). She later became Operations Director for JLL's Colonial First State portfolio, managing over 40 assets and leading a team of more than 35 staff members. Susan's last position at JLL was Head of Engineering and Operations Solutions - PAM Australia, a role she held until 2013.
After leaving JLL, Susan co-founded a group of companies focused on early education. Her responsibilities included site sourcing, designing and building childcare centres, managing business operations, and leading a team of over 70 education professionals.
Susan's interest in sustainability and property has brought her back to JLL as the Head of Sustainability for Property & Asset Management in Australia. In this role, she will work with clients and teams to support sustainability targets.
