National independent property valuation firm, M3 Property, announces the appointment of Andrew Duguid as CEO, following a nation-wide executive search. 

Andrew Duguid has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry and has been a Director at M3 Property for over 20 years, most recently having held the positions of Interim CEO, Managing Director NSW and National Sector Leader for Office.

Following an extensive executive search, M3 Property Executive Chair, Grant Jackson, announced the appointment saying, “Andrew’s in-depth knowledge of the organisation, his strategic outlook for the future of the company, his focus on our people, client engagement and business development together with continual improvement of our systems and processes were all key attributes the Board values of being vitally important to the future growth and prosperity of the company and its employees. The Board looks forward to the contribution Andrew will make to the success of the company.”

Throughout his career, Andrew has developed broad experience across a range of disciplines and sectors, demonstrating an ability to manage several teams and create a high performing culture. Andrew is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and serves as a Sponsor for the Property Council of Australia’s 500 Women in Property, helping to increase gender equality in the property industry. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Property), Graduate Diploma Applied Finance & Investment and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).
