Realmark Commercial has unveiled a dynamic new leadership framework, with Wayne Chorley as the newly created role of executive director.
Realmark Commercial has unveiled a dynamic new leadership framework as it strategically positions for its next phase of growth.
The corporate-owned Realmark Commercial business has been active in the commercial sector for over 35 years, specialising in property, facilities and strata management in addition to sales and leasing across industrial, office, retail and hospitality property classes.
It has recorded unprecedented growth over the past four years, significantly elevating its standing in the West Australian commercial real estate sector.
Managing director John Percudani is thrilled to announce the promotion of highly experienced commercial property professional Wayne Chorley to the newly created role of executive director, where he will oversee the performance and growth of all commercial agency product lines.
“Wayne brought a wealth of experience to Realmark when he joined our business in 2020 and has been instrumental in growing our industrial specialist team into a force within the market,” said Mr Percudani.
“He has a proven track record, and I'm confident through his deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellent service, his leadership will drive the growth of our people and the business as a whole.
“Combined with the innovation and energy of Realmark Commercial’s divisional directors and their teams, I’m genuinely excited about to see the business evolve into the future.”
Filling the vacancy left by Mr Chorley’s promotion will be Rob Dawson, who has moved to the directorship level and will now lead Realmark Commercial’s industrial team.
Mr Dawson has seen considerable personal growth during his career at Realmark, having moved from sales consultant to director level over a three-year journey.
Boasting a resume of leadership positions across retail and real estate for over 15 years, Mr Dawson has become a significant player across one of the most dynamic sectors in the WA property landscape.
Finally, former Realmark Group COO Justin Baker will step into the new role of director commercial sales and leasing, with the appointment representing a shift towards sophisticated real estate transactions.
Mr Baker has led teams in finance and property for over a decade.
“Realmark Commercial has identified an opportunity in the market and we have plans to actively grow our market share in commercial agency,” said Mr Percudani.
“This new structure is designed with our clients' needs at the forefront. By combining experienced leadership with contemporary thinking, we are better positioned to deliver tailored, responsive service that meets the unique demands of each client.”
Mr Dawson and Mr Baker join Michael Richardson (director sales and leasing) and Gemma Hayes (director asset management) as Realmark Commercial company directors, with continuous growth high on the agenda.
“Following a personnel reset and the implementation of new technological systems, this new leadership framework reflects the next phase in what has been a strategic journey,” said Mr Percudani.
“Realmark was recently recognised as a Transformation Trailblazer at the MRI Visionary national awards event following the adaption of a holistic MRI Sofware systems integration, which I believe is a true reflection of our mindset as we reposition for future growth.”
The WA-owned and operated business comprises approximately 35 sales and leasing consultants, asset and facilities managers, and trust accounting professionals.
It made the top five commercial office by value sold at the recent 2024 REIWA.COM Awards
