Oxford Properties Group (‘Oxford’), Mitsubishi Estate Asia (‘MEA’) and Investa welcome the NSW Government and The Grounds, the latest office and retail tenants to Parkline Place.
Oxford Properties Group (‘Oxford’), Mitsubishi Estate Asia (‘MEA’) and Investa are delighted to welcome the NSW Government and The Grounds, the latest office and retail tenants to Parkline Place, the stunning new premium commercial and retail precinct in the heart of Sydney CBD. Already 75% leased prior to its first occupancy with only the high-rise floors remaining, Parkline Place symbolises the future of Sydney’s commercial spaces.
The NSW Government’s central property agency, Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) negotiated lease arrangements for four NSW Government agencies, who will occupy over 10 floors at Parkline Place.
The Office of Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) moved into the building in January, and Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) and Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) will move into their new premises from April 2025. The Crown Solicitor’s Office (CSO) will take up residence mid-2026.
The NSW Government agencies join leading wealth management organisation, Insignia Financial – one of the first tenants to move into Parkline Place – and global accounting, tax and advisory services firm, BDO.
The Grounds will reveal its new premises in the coming months to join an all-star food and beverage offering alongside Batch Espresso and Starbucks.
Located at 252 Pitt Street, Sydney directly atop Gadigal Station in the heart of the legal district and emerging financial services hub of the CBD, Parkline Place is more than a workplace. The next generation building provides a community hub to over 4,000 workers, offering stunning views across Hyde Park and Sydney Harbour, outstanding amenities, and sustainable, seamlessly connected workspaces.
Mark Podgornik, Head of Leasing, Investa said: “We are delighted to welcome our NSW Government tenant customers to Parkline Place. Many major employers are progressively bringing employees back to the office for more of the working week, and like leading commercial firms, this Government is placing significant value on creating a desirable workplace experience for its people.
“We are seeing strong demand for new buildings like Parkline Place that are a destination in their own right, easy to get to, have plenty of amenities, and offer exceptional, sustainable and adaptable spaces to facilitate teamwork, collaboration and innovation.
“We are also delighted to welcome The Grounds, which will join Batch Espresso and Starbucks to the Parkline Place family. These popular food and beverage retailers will provide over 4,000 workers, commuters and locals with fantastic new offerings, making Parkline Place a vibrant new destination and meeting place in the CBD.
“Only the high-rise floors remain available for lease, and we are in discussions with businesses attracted to the expansive, column free floor plates. These offer the flexibility to create multiple workspaces, with sweeping views across Hyde Park, Sydney Harbour and the city, in a convenient and well-connected location. The building retail offering further enhances the appeal of the Parkline Place experience.”
