In her new role, Chelsea will focus on delivering asset management services, ensuring strong tenant engagement, and driving sustainable growth across Burgess Rawson’s expansive Victorian portfolio. Her expertise in navigating market shifts and maintaining high occupancy rates will provide stability and long-term value for both landlords and tenants.
With extensive experience in asset management, Chelsea has successfully overseen diverse portfolios across all asset classes. She has worked with some of the world’s largest organisations, strengthening tenant relationships and optimising portfolio performance.
Having originally built her career at Burgess Rawson, Chelsea gained extensive industry experience before returning to the agency in 2024, where she is instrumental in guiding clients toward strong investment outcomes.
