CBRE has appointed Darren Nugent to leads its Advisory & Transaction Services business in Australia & New Zealand.
Mr Nugent joined CBRE in 2006 and relocated to Australia three years ago to lead CBRE’s Pacific Occupier business. This followed senior CBRE roles in Dublin and Hong Kong.
Phil Rowland, CBRE’s Advisory Services CEO, Australia & New Zealand, said Mr Nugent’s global experience, leadership skills and client connectivity had marked him as the standout candidate to assume the Pacific Advisory & Transaction Services leadership role
“Darren has had a huge impact on our Pacific business and was last year named CBRE’s Professional of the Year at our peak Circle of Excellence awards program. We’re excited about the future opportunities for this business under his stewardship as the commercial real estate sector moves into a new growth cycle,” Mr Rowland said.
CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services business is a market leader in assisting clients with leasing, tenant representation, workplace strategy, transaction management, and development and infrastructure needs across the office, retail and industrial sectors.
Mr Rowland said Mr Nugent’s appointment highlighted the depth of talent within CBRE and the opportunities for career progression.
