JLL today announced the successful sale of Crossroads Homemaker Centre sold for $282 million.

The transaction was brokered by JLL’s Nick Willis and Sam Hatcher together with Carl Molony, Phil Gartland and Lincoln Blackledge of Stonebridge Property Group. 

The 14.3 hectare* prime landholding is situated at the crossroads of three of Sydney's busiest arterial roads. Crossroads has access to over 1.5 million people within a 25-minute drive, and boasts a 100% occupied tenant mix underpinned by a 95% weighting (by area)toward national retailers.

The sale attracted strong national and international investor interest, with a deep engagement from cross-sector investors that were attracted to the unique fundamentals the asset presented.
