Burgess Rawson’s Romanor Falconer, David Napoleone, Justin Kramersh and Shaun Venables managed the nine transactions, achieving an average yield of 5.63%.
Tenants include Splash’s Swim School, Heritance Restaurant and Bar, Snap Fitness along with a medical centre and independent grocer.
The leases were primarily negotiated through Burgess Rawson Leasing Executive, Ben Luu.
Mr Falconer said the neighbourhood activity centre in Clyde North is designed to deliver on Oreana’s drive to improve amenity for residents in Melbourne’s growth areas.
Mr Napoleone commented that with a cleverly curated mix of 11 tenancies, ‘The Square’ has been designed to deliver essential retail for local residents and those in surrounding communities.
Mr Kramersh noted that each property generated strong interest from the wider investor market who were attracted to the highly desirable location within an expanding residential precinct.
The property is surrounded by much needed social infrastructure including nine schools comprising 7,500 full-time students within a three-kilometre radius.
Mr Venables said Clyde North forms part of Melbourne’s major southern growth corridor with the population forecast to soar 130.21% by 2042.
