This investment comes with several key highlights, including a recently renewed five-year head office net lease until June 2029, with options extending to 2039. Greencross, Australia's largest veterinary services provider. The property is situated on a high-profile 1,040 sqm corner site while the net income for this property is $126,000 per annum.
Industrial assets are also in demand, highlighted by the sale of the property leased to Lawrence & Hanson at 1/13 Central Court, Hillcrest, which sold for $994,000, showing a return of 5.4 percent.
Mr Chapman said the entry level property received 10 registered bidders and a total of 59 bids before it sold under the hammer.
The 420-square-metre site comprises a large warehouse and office space and features a renewed three-year net lease to Lawrence & Hanson until August 2027, with options to 2030. Net income is $51,500 per annum.
Additionally, a property at 180 Haley Street, Kingaroy, sold for $2.776 million and is leased to the Queensland Government and Healthy Noodle, generating a net annual return of $234,147.
Another significant sale was the retail outlet at 514 South Pine Road, Everton Park, which sold for $2.06 million. The 961 square metre site was marketed as a value-add or development opportunity and offered a holding income of $121,369 per annum.
