Just two medical suites remain for lease at the upcoming Claremont Specialist Medical Centre, following settlement of a $4.95 million sale of the last commercial site at Claremont on the Park, in a deal brokered by Sterling Property.
Australian Development Capital (ADC) received approval earlier this year to develop a state-of-the-art, carbon-neutral medical facility at 2 Shenton Road, which will house a range of critical medical services, including a Class 9A Day Hospital, Urgent Care facility, Pharmacy, Pathology and a Dermatology Centre to be operated by project partner DermCo.
More than 70 per cent of the proposed facility was pre-committed prior to the settlement of the site, with Sterling Property now shifting its focus to a leasing campaign for the last two remaining medical suites, which comprise spaces of approximate 1,123 sqm and 450 sqm.
Designed by MJA Studio and located next to Claremont Train Station, the Claremont Specialist Medical Centre will provide a convenient and modern healthcare experience, with top-tier amenities such as on-site End of Trip (EOT) facilities, ample parking for staff and patients, and easy access to public transport and bike paths.
