Leederville will soon be home to SafeStyle, one of Australia’s fastest-growing eyewear brands, with the company securing 364 Oxford Street as its future headquarters.
The deal, brokered by Sterling Property’s Simon Brady and Brian Neo, marks an important step for the business, which has grown from a Perth start-up into a nationally recognised brand.
SafeStyle, known for creating Australia’s first stylish, certified safety glasses, has experienced significant growth since its launch in 2018.
The 1,363sqm site, located next to the Iconic Oxford Hotel, will house SafeStyle’s head office, showroom, and creative studio.
While settlement has now been completed, the company will officially move into the space in approximately 12 months, following a full refurbishment.
Sterling Property Principal Partner Brian Neo said SafeStyle’s decision to base its headquarters in Leederville highlights the area’s appeal to growing businesses.
"Leederville’s mix of retail, hospitality, and business continues to attract brands looking for a well-connected and vibrant location,” Mr Neo said.

The property provides 1,100sqm of building area over two levels and benefits from Commercial Zoning, offering flexibility for future use.
Access via a right-of-way at the rear facilitates logistics and deliveries, and current planning policies allow for potential redevelopment of up to four storeys.
The site also includes 27 onsite car bays, with some equipped for electric vehicle charging - an added convenience for staff and visitors alike.
