International investors have snapped up a Guardian-leased childcare centre in the Melbourne suburb of Preston for circa $9 million through CBRE’s Australian Healthcare and Social Infrastructure team of Sandro Peluso, Marcello Caspani-Muto and Jimmy Tat.
