Knight Frank’s Asset Management Services (AMS) team in Victoria has been appointed by Cbus Property, ISPT and the Owners Corporation to manage Melbourne’s world-class mixed-use precinct Collins Arch, located at the corner of William and Collins Street in the city’s CBD.
Designed by SHoP Architects and Woods Bagot, Collins Arch encompasses 50,000 square metres of Premium grade office and retail space - with the commercial tower being home to multiple top-tier legal firms and Australia’s Future Fund. The precinct also includes 184 luxury residential apartments, a five-star W Melbourne hotel and approximately 1,900 square metres of public open space.
Following the recent appointment, Knight Frank’s AMS team of 10 professionals will oversee the entire precinct, including the commercial tower, retail tenancies, owners' corporation and common areas. The team will collaborate closely with the W Hotel which, although forming part of the owners' corporation committee, operates its 294-room premium hotel independently.
Knight Frank’s Head of Asset Management Services Victoria Ben Veale said: “We are truly excited about our partnership with Cbus Property, ISPT, precinct residents and the W Melbourne at Collins Arch to deliver customer service excellence, market-leading building performance and to truly tell the story of this world-class precinct.
“As the future of how we work and where we live continues to play out, mixed-use developments of the scale of Collins Arch are proving to be market leading.
“This appointment builds on Knight Frank’s AMS track record in Melbourne, with the team now managing some of the city’s most prestigious assets.”
“We have combined some of the strongest talent in the property management market to manage Collins Arch, and offered ISPT, Cbus Property and the Owners Corporation a cohesive approach to managing this complex appointment.”
“Our plan to tell the story of Collins Arch, interact with the building community through a tailored customer experience team, and deliver ESG excellence combined to make our team the preferred option to manage this asset.”
Knight Frank National Head of Asset Management Services Lisa Atkins said: “Our appointment to manage such a prestigious precinct such as Collins Arch reflects the continued growth journey of Knight Frank’s AMS business in Australia.
“We continue to refine our operating model to provide the most diverse and flexible service, as well as the best talent, to our clients, for the best outcomes.
“Our commitment to continue being a trusted advisor and partner across Australia is valued by our clients.”
