Dorado Property Group has purchased a childcare property portfolio for a total of $18.409 million from Perth-based Jarra Property. LJ Hooker’s Jake Wallman handed the off-market sale of the four centres which sold on a blended yield of 6.1%.

Childcare centre sold in Glen Huntly in Melbourne’s south-east for $9.51 m to an international investor. 181 Grange Road sold with initial yield of 4.5% by CBRE Australian Healthcare & Social Infrastructure team of Sandro Peluso, Jimmy Tat and Marcello Caspani-Muto. 

The portfolio comprised 2 Early Learning Centres leased to ‘The Y’, formerly known as YMCA; and a ‘Kingswim’ swim school, located in Clyde North and Tarneit, Victoria. Stonebridge’s Rorey James, handled the portfolio with colleagues Kevin Tong and Justin Dowers.
